This issue appears to affect taskings that require a feasibility study. Pléiades/SPOT systems are operating normally. Archive order submission is operating normally. Dear User, We would like to inform you that a maintenance is planned on OneAtlas Platform on Wednesday, 22nd of April between 11:00 UTC and 15:00 UTC due to an upgrade on our systems. From 11:00 to 13:00 (UTC): - New authentication to OneAtlas will be unavailable. If you are already logged in before 11:00 (UTC), your session will remain active. From 12:00 to 15:00 (UTC): The following Pléiades Neo services will be unavailable for both tasking and archive orders, as well as Living Library services: - Ordering (via the OneAtlas portal and API) - Processing and delivery We would like to apologize for this inconvenience and will keep you informed as soon as the maintenance is completed.
